2002 The official number of pipers and drummers who were counted on the day by an extremely busy set of marshals was 7820. (+/- 50). This falls short of the record set in Edinburgh. We look forward the reports from both Marie Curie Cancer Care and Gilda's Club on the money being raised and will keep an update on the top left of this page. We thank all players for their outstanding commitment towards this event - flying the flag for all Scots around the world and for anyone who loves the great music of the pipes and and drums. We thank all New Yorkers for their warm welcome and support. | |||
